Throughout his career, Vikram has played a pivotal role in leading quality functions, overseeing successful regulatory and customer audits, and driving process optimization initiatives. His analytical acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and strong leadership have been instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and compliance.

Vikram has a profound understanding of gelatin manufacturing, with hands-on experience spanning raw material sourcing to final product testing. He has successfully implemented and maintained robust quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001/14000 and GMP standards. Notably, he has been a key contributor to the commissioning of one Penicillin and three Gelatin plants, reinforcing his reputation as a trusted expert in quality operations and plant scale-up.
