To celebrate the vibrant spirit of Uttarayan and strengthen bonds beyond the workplace, Sterling Biotech organized Kite Flying Festival celebrations across its units on 13th January 2026. The festivities brought employees together under open skies, creating moments of joy, togetherness, and shared celebration.
At the manufacturing units, employees stepped away from their daily routines to enjoy a refreshing and festive afternoon. As colorful kites soared high, the atmosphere reflected the true essence of Uttarayan—new beginnings, positivity, and collective happiness. The event was marked by enthusiastic participation, laughter, light-hearted competition, and a strong sense of camaraderie.
The celebrations also held special significance at the ORCA Unit, Dahej, where employees came together to celebrate the festival as one team. For the newly established unit, the sight of kites filling the sky symbolized growth, fresh beginnings, and shared aspirations, reinforcing a sense of belonging and unity among employees.
Across both units, the Kite Flying Festival was a vibrant expression of Sterling Biotech’s people-centric culture. As part of this commitment, the organization regularly conducts POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Awareness Programs in line with statutory requirements and best practices. These initiatives are designed to build awareness, clarify employee responsibilities, and reinforce a strong zero-tolerance stance toward sexual harassment at the workplace.
POSH awareness sessions for white-collar employees have been conducted in multiple phases to ensure wide coverage and effective engagement. The sessions focus on sensitizing employees to appropriate workplace behavior, helping them understand what constitutes sexual harassment, familiarizing them with the role of the Internal Committee (IC), and outlining the process for reporting and redressal of concerns. These interactive discussions encourage openness and help create a shared understanding of dignity and respect at work.
In addition, dedicated POSH training sessions have been conducted for blue-collar employees and contract helpers. These sessions are thoughtfully designed using simple language and practical, real-life examples to ensure the POSH framework is clearly understood and relatable. The approach ensures that awareness reaches every segment of the workforce, regardless of role or background.
All POSH sessions are facilitated by experienced external IC professionals, bringing in subject-matter expertise and an engaging, practical perspective. Their facilitation helps participants better understand their rights and responsibilities, while emphasizing the importance of maintaining a respectful and harassment-free work environment.
Through these ongoing awareness initiatives, the organization continues to strengthen its culture of trust, safety, and mutual respect, reaffirming its commitment to providing a dignified and secure workplace for everyone.
The festival of lights illuminated Sterling Gelatin with brilliance, joy, and vibrant energy as we celebrated Diwali 2025 on 18th October at our factory premises. The entire campus came alive with festive décor, glowing smiles, and a spirit of togetherness that truly embodied the essence of Diwali.
From the moment the celebration began, the atmosphere was filled with color, culture, and cheer. Team members arrived in their dazzling traditional attire, adding a splash of elegance and vibrancy to the workplace. The day unfolded with melodious music, delectable festive treats, and a delightful photo session, capturing countless moments of laughter and camaraderie.
The highlight of the evening was the sparkling fireworks display, where employees gathered to light up the sky — symbolizing the triumph of light over darkness and the shared joy of new beginnings. Day 1 & 2: Strategic Foundation with Leadership
The first two days were dedicated to our Leadership Team, who took the lead in shaping the organization’s strategic direction. These sessions focused on crystallizing our organizational goals, followed by setting function-wise and leadership-specific objectives aligned with our broader mission and vision.
The atmosphere was one of thoughtful reflection, open dialogue, and shared ambition. Together, leaders ensured that each goal was bold yet attainable—measurable, meaningful, and aligned across functions to enable coherent execution and measurable impact.
Day 3: Bridging Strategy with Execution
On the third day, focus shifted to our Managers and Senior Managers—those who translate strategy into results on the ground. This session aimed at cascading the strategic goals down the line, ensuring that every manager clearly understood their role in turning vision into action.

On June 21st, 2025, Sterling Gelatin embraced the spirit of International Yoga Day with an energizing and restorative yoga session at our VIP Guest House. This special event wasn’t just about movement—it was a collective opportunity to pause, breathe deeply, and reconnect with ourselves and one another.
Led by the calm and knowledgeable Mr. Satyalpal Singh Rawat, the session was designed to support both physical wellness and mental clarity. With a focus on gentle stretches, breathing techniques, and desk-friendly asanas, the practice offered our team a much-needed break from the demands of daily work life. It served as a reminder that yoga is more than a fitness routine—it’s a mindful practice of balance and self-awareness.
Colleagues from across departments came together, moving in sync through calming poses and sharing light moments of laughter during balance challenges. Whether it was the peaceful silence between breaths or the collective energy of focused movement, the experience left everyone feeling refreshed, realigned, and recharged.

This year’s theme, “Beat Plastic Pollution,” highlighted the urgent need to tackle one of today’s most critical environmental issues. Hosted by the Republic of Korea, the event set an inspiring global benchmark, with Jeju Province announcing its bold vision to eliminate plastic pollution by 2040.
At our Karakhadi manufacturing facility, the People & Culture and Administration teams spearheaded a meaningful Tree Plantation Drive. Taking place from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, employees gathered near Admin-1, Admin-2, and the Guest House to plant saplings—each one a symbol of our collective commitment to a cleaner, healthier planet.
The event saw enthusiastic participation from team members across all departments. Dressed in vibrant green, employees came together not just in attire but in purpose—demonstrating the power of unity in driving positive environmental change.
