Production Engineer / Graduate Engineer Trainee
We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Production team in various wings and functional areas. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about chemical processing, plant operations, and production excellence.
As a Production Engineer / Graduate Engineer Trainee / Trainee, you will be part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you will operate key production units, maintain quality and safety standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.
Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor critical units such as Extraction, Filter Press, Evaporation, Dryers, Gelatin Packaging, Bone Handling, Liming, Log Washer, Blending, and Bagging.

Ensure consistent production output by maintaining and optimizing process parameters.

Manage and allocate shift-wise manpower for smooth workflow and operations.

Maintain accurate documentation in line with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and standard operating procedures.

Adhere to safety, hygiene, and quality standards across all operational areas.

Troubleshoot real-time production issues and escalate when necessary.

Act as Shift Incharge during assigned shifts to lead operations and ensure reporting compliance.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to team performance.
