At the manufacturing units, employees stepped away from their daily routines to enjoy a refreshing and festive afternoon. As colorful kites soared high, the atmosphere reflected the true essence of Uttarayan—new beginnings, positivity, and collective happiness. The event was marked by enthusiastic participation, laughter, light-hearted competition, and a strong sense of camaraderie.

The celebrations also held special significance at the ORCA Unit, Dahej, where employees came together to celebrate the festival as one team. For the newly established unit, the sight of kites filling the sky symbolized growth, fresh beginnings, and shared aspirations, reinforcing a sense of belonging and unity among employees.

As part of this commitment, the organization regularly conducts POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Awareness Programs in line with statutory requirements and best practices. POSH awareness sessions for white-collar employees have been conducted in multiple phases to ensure wide coverage and effective engagement. The entire campus came alive with festive décor, glowing smiles, and a spirit of togetherness that truly embodied the essence of Diwali.

From the moment the celebration began, the atmosphere was filled with color, culture, and cheer. Team members arrived in their dazzling traditional attire, adding a splash of elegance and vibrancy to the workplace. The day unfolded with melodious music, delectable festive treats, and a delightful photo session, capturing countless moments of laughter and camaraderie.

The highlight of the evening was the sparkling fireworks display, where employees gathered to light up the sky — symbolizing the triumph of light over darkness and the shared joy of new beginnings.
