Last year, Sterling Gelatin reached a heartwarming milestone as we celebrated our first-ever Ganesh Mahotsav at our factory premises. Rooted in tradition and filled with infectious enthusiasm, the celebration brought together employees, their families, and the spirit of togetherness, creating a beautiful blend of devotion, culture, and community.
A Grand Welcome for Lord Ganesha
On September 7, 2024, our premises resonated with chants of “Ganpati Bappa Morya!” as we performed the Ganesh Sthapana with immense devotion and excitement. With traditional rituals, soulful devotional songs, and vibrant energy, we welcomed Lord Ganesha into our workplace.
Employees gathered to seek Bappa’s blessings for wisdom, prosperity, and new beginnings — not only for Sterling Gelatin but for every member of our extended work family.
Sparking Creativity: Ganesh Decoration Competition
Adding a joyful and artistic dimension to the festivities, we organized a Ganesh Decoration Competition for the children of our employees and contract staff (up to 12 years of age).
On September 5th and 6th, young artists received decoration sheets and unleashed their imagination with incredible enthusiasm and creativity. Their colorful, heartfelt masterpieces were proudly displayed for all to admire.
The celebrations continued on September 11, where each young participant was recognized with exciting prizes, making the event truly memorable and spreading smiles across the community.
A Fond and Emotional Farewell
As all beautiful journeys come full circle, our Ganesh Mahotsav concluded with a deeply emotional Ganesh Visarjan ceremony on September 11, 2024.
With rhythmic drumbeats, heartfelt prayers, and radiant smiles, we bid farewell to Bappa, expressing gratitude for his blessings and promising to welcome him again next year with even greater enthusiasm.
The spirit of “Pudhchya Varshi Lavkar Ya!” filled the air as we celebrated the bonds we had strengthened during this special festival.

From December 12 to December 18, our campus buzzed with energy, laughter, and the sound of cheering teammates as departments came together for an unforgettable celebration of unity, wellness, and sportsmanship.
Transforming Grounds into Arenas of Passion
For one incredible week, the usually serene grounds of Sterling Gelatin were transformed into vibrant arenas of action and adrenaline. The air was filled with the spirit of the game as employees swapped their office desks for cricket bats, volleyballs, racquets, and chessboards.
The lineup of events was as diverse as our workforce—featuring high-octane team sports like cricket and volleyball, indoor games that tested focus and intellect such as chess and carrom, and classic favorites like badminton. Adding a splash of childhood nostalgia and plenty of laughter were the three-legged race and marble & spoon race—because sometimes, the best moments are born out of pure fun.
Celebrating Talent, Teamwork, and Togetherness
From the tense final overs of the cricket match to the epic rallies on the badminton court, every event was a display of teamwork, passion, and perseverance. It was inspiring to see colleagues from all departments step out of their roles and onto the field, showcasing not just their athletic abilities but their dedication to our “One Team” philosophy.
The camaraderie was contagious. Departments strategized, cheered, and supported one another, reinforcing the bonds that make Sterling Gelatin more than just a workplace—it’s a community.
